Connect Pro — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of Connect Pro and forms part of the Connect Pro Terms of Service.

Its purpose is to protect Connect Pro, our customers, people interacting with customers, and the security and reputation of the service.

You must use Connect Pro only for lawful purposes.

You must not use Connect Pro to create, upload, collect, transmit, store or facilitate content or conduct that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

You must not use Connect Pro for fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive forms, credential theft, scams or deliberate misrepresentation.

You must not falsely represent that a form, message or Workspace belongs to or is authorised by another person or organisation.

You must not use Connect Pro to send spam, unlawful unsolicited commercial messages, email bombing or intentionally misleading communications.

Where you send commercial electronic messages, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including any consent, identification and unsubscribe obligations that apply to you.

Connect Pro's enquiry-response features must not be repurposed as an unauthorised bulk-marketing system.

You must not collect, use or disclose personal information through Connect Pro unlawfully.

You must provide appropriate privacy notices and obtain any consents or other authority required for information you collect.

You must not knowingly use Connect Pro to collect highly sensitive information where doing so would be unlawful or where appropriate safeguards for your use case are not in place.

You must not use Connect Pro to facilitate exploitation, abuse, threats, harassment, stalking, unlawful discrimination, trafficking, terrorism, criminal activity or other unlawful harm.

You must not upload or distribute malware, ransomware, malicious scripts or other harmful code.

You must not use Connect Pro to knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks, confidential information or other intellectual property rights.

You must not attempt to:

• circumvent authentication or access controls
• access another Workspace without authority
• discover or exploit vulnerabilities except through an authorised security-testing process
• interfere with rate limits or security systems
• intercept another user's credentials or sessions
• introduce malware
• intentionally disrupt Connect Pro or its infrastructure

You must not intentionally impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on Connect Pro, interfere with normal service operation, or use automated systems in a way designed to bypass documented limits.

Ordinary integrations and automation expressly supported by Connect Pro are permitted subject to their applicable limits.

You must not sell, rent, sublicense or provide unauthorised shared access to Connect Pro unless your plan or a separate written agreement expressly permits it.

This does not prevent legitimate authorised members of a Workspace from using the service.

Connect Pro is not an emergency service.

You must not rely on Connect Pro as the sole method of communication or record keeping where failure or delay could reasonably result in death, serious physical injury or another immediate safety emergency.

Where we reasonably suspect a material breach of this policy, we may investigate and take proportionate steps to protect users, third parties or the service.

Depending on severity, those steps may include requesting corrective action, restricting affected functionality, suspending access, preserving information where legally required, or terminating access in accordance with the Terms of Service.

We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful activity or imminent harm.

Please include sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.

We may update this policy from time to time.

Material revisions will receive a new version and effective date, and affected users may be required to accept a new version where appropriate.
